1. Warm yourself up
Cold temperature causes shrinkage so take a warm shower ahead of time and keep your body warm to increase the blood flow. It also opens up your pores making it easy for your skin to breath.

Relax yourself, meditate or do yoga to better sex life. Relaxation helps improve blood circulation in the body, therefore contributing to your growth. 

3.Lose belly fat 
A large belly makes you appear smaller. Even if you're large it will appear smaller if you have a large belly.Fats also reduce performance.

4. Reduce stress 
Anxiety and stress reduces will reduce your size. Negative emotions draw blood away from there making it difficult for your blood fill it, enlarging it. Performance anxiety is also a reason for a smaller size. 

5. Regular exercise 
Building your muscles and weight loss are not the only reasons you should go to the gym. If you want that muscle to be healthy and long you need to exercise regularly to clear the arteries and increase blood flow to it. 

 6. Don't smoke

The particles from cigarettes will block your arteries; this is one of the reasons why smoking is linked to heart diseases. A bad quality supply of blood to organs will result in the poor functioning of that organ, this applies to all your male organs!

7.Skip the high calorie diet
Eating food that are high in calories and rich in fats can lead to heart diseases and shrinkage. The lack of exercise and physical activity increases cholesterol in your arteries, which in turn reducing blood flow to your package. Give up the junk food for a thick and healthy Johnson. 

8.Vegetables and fruits 
Vegetables and fruits rich in antioxidants which is a compound that helps fight free radicals in the arteries and also strengthens them. So, to improve growth consume foods that are rich in antioxidants.
