Jay Z has released another song from his much publicized album 4.44. This new song is called MaNyfaCedGod featuring James Blake and the video features our very own Kenyan angel, Lupita Nyong'o. The lyrics is about the ups and downs him and Beyonce have gone through after the rumors were spread around that their marriage is on the rocks. It's slow and smooth and Lupita once again shows us her exemplary acting skills in this Black & White video.
This is not the first time that Jay Z has featured Lupita in his music. He first mentioned her name in the rap song We Made It (Remix) featuring Jay Electronica, where in his lyrics, he raps, "I'm on my Lupita Nyong'o, Stuntin' on the stage after 12 Years A Slave, This Ace of Spades look like an Oscar"
What’s the comparison? Jay was a part-owner of Roc-A-Fella Records from 1996 to 2008 (12 years) before he was able to launch his independent label Roc Nation. Jay emerged a free man who owned his “masters,” was fully in control of his career, and ready to revel in his talents and achievements.
In 2015 at the Oscar's Vanity Fair after-party Hov approached Lupita, saying this in reference to his perfect use of her name: "Did I do good?! I did good right!" They even took a picture together.
We can all agree this is a friendship that is bound to go far and we wish our Nairobi Blue girl all the best in her future undertakings and keep flying the Kenyan flag high. She has made it!

The gold Armand de Brignac bottle that Jay often references really does look like an Oscar trophy. Further cause for celebration? Hov owns the company that distributes Ace of Spades champagne in North America.
